Too sexy for my ego…

I had a great time Saturday, I’ll talk more about it soon on this page so

you’ll know how it went. But suffice to say I am very happy with the results!

Sleeping is good, so I intend to do some. Over the next week I have a few

goals. Some of them are:

  • Update the design of this site. I liked the "nu"

version better so I will be incorporating elements of it into the new design.

  • Continue working on the project for ClientY
  • Get paid by ClientX
  • Clean out and organize my project in progress data directory
  • Get some better cryptography in place for my email and personal data
  • Finish the editing of the punishment essay and get it online – thanks to

    everyone who send in tips!

  • Submit an image for a free copy of

    Illustrate!

  • Initial steps to bring "thirty-days" back current with our plans and

    history

And now, some links you might like then I am sleeping:

  • A very cool

Perl module that shows us how it will someday be…

    "The

    Quantum::Entanglement

module attempts to port some of the functionality of the universe into

Perl. Variables can be prepared in a superposition of states, where they take

many values at once, and when observed during the course of a program, will

collapse to have a single value. If variables interact then their fates are

linked so that when one is observed and forced to collapse the others will

also collapse at the moment of observation." –

  • Diary of a Start-Up is an interesting history of the failure of one of the

best companies to come from the dot-com era. A must read if you  want to

    understand what can go wrong.

  • Some idiots decided

nuclear waste would make a good camp fire. And a well deserved attempt at

    a

    Darwin award.

  • In Japan, it seems everyone is

turning on the tears these days. it’s pathetic that a once proud nation

    would come to this.

  • A

    timeline that shows the

downfall of Loki, a Linux game company that flamed out pretty

spectacularly. Some discussion of the timeline is at

    Slashdot.

Night!
