I could tease you all.
I could tell you that for my birthday this year (I’ll be 36) I had written a big long blog entry about my life and realizations. I could tell you it was on the floppy that went bad this morning…and I would be telling the truth 🙂
But the reality is I was really tired, and the entry was a piece of shit anyway. I’ve been up for 23 hours now, kid stuff but still a little wierdness inducing 🙂
Instead I wound up re-building a few hours worth of work and doing a new weblog entry. I looked over what was going on last year and I have to tell you, it wasn’t a whole hell of a lot. In so many ways things are so right this year. My self confidence is high, cat is back in the woods and my relationships are improving all around… with everyone I care about… especially the two who make Daddy such a special word for me.
I even got some cool gifts – one of which I hope to be able to render this weekend!
I am going to hold off on my midlife crisis. I think by next year I’ll be all set to go stalk the Miss Teen USA contest (images from this year are included) and that should work out well for me.
Also of late I have been watching a lot of “The Sopranos”… and I have to tell you, looking at Tony is like looking in a mirror. Youw ant a shortcut to understanding me? Watch the show.
Anyway, time for sleep! And thank you to everyone who believed in me this year… eventually it will all pay off.
