Obviously,
this guy is screamingly insane. Ok, that might be a bit harsh… what he is
is simply confused and ignorant. There is way, way too much wrong with the
"theory" on his website to go into… go read it and be amused.
Of course, it isn’t just the theory – it is that in an odd way he is a sort
of "everyman" trying to cope with a complex body of scientific work he hasn’t
got the intelligence or education to really get a handle on. Armed only with his
"common sense" and whatever he remembers from grade school he is working hard on
keeping the universe something he can understand by [[banging the rocks
together]].
Anyway – one portion worth discussing because it seems almost reasonable at
first glance is basically a sort of low end example if "sign flipping" – the
idea that if you reverse all the signs on all the operations and data in an
equation it will basically work out.
"Common sense should tell you that there is nothing in space that can
cause a pull on anything except space itself. There is no such thing as a pull
of gravity. However, the whole of space is filled with energy waves going in
all directions. If there were only one object in space it would be bombarded
equally on all sides and would not be pushed in any direction, but when there
are two or more objects in space they would shield
(protect) each other and this would cause them to be pushed together.
