Wow, does
this sound good or what? I am not a [[e2|clenser]] whatever that is, but I
came by this post through a [[Metafilter]]
trackback link on
this mefi thread and surprise! – I think I found heaven.
And I quote from the
posting:
- Juice six apples, and then stir some cinnamon into the juice
- Cut four apples in half, then core them carefully
- Put cored apples face down in a deep pan (pie pan works nicely), and
pour apple juice over the top
- Add a handfull of raisins, and drizzle some maple syrup over the
apples
- Cover pan with tinfoil
- Bake for 40 minutes or so — until apples are soft, but not mushy
- Remove from oven, spoon sauce over apples, and let cool
- Spoon into shallow bowls, making sure to get some raisins on top of
the apples
Oh my.
Anyway, the rest of the
weblog looks like
it might be interesting, so go check it out!
