- Resolution/grain under good lighting
- Pan/Tilt stability on a good tripod
- Color balance test
- Progressive vs. frame mode
- Strong sidelight performance (half a face lit, half in shadow)
- Manual exposure control
- Manual focus
- Depth of field tricks… can it be done?
