Whew! What a day.
We had a virus/hack scare on Kimiko’s machine. Not 100% verified but seriously scary. It must have been a variation of a trojan, and it can’t have been a longtime or permanent issue… but we simply don’t take chances with this stuff here.
I reloaded her box and my box (which had no indication of a problem) from clean installs and changed all the passwords that might have been compromised by looking on our machines. This took all day, but it had to be done.
In other news, things go well with Client A and life is good.
