I am listing this here for those who read my blog who are gamers or game developers. It came up while I was making my wish list (see next post) but it isn’t really a “gift” item because I am going to buy it for business purposes when I have the $$$.
Unreal Tournament 2004 DVD Edition
It can probably be found at the mall as well for anyone who happens to be going that way. It is [[amazon:B0001YM04E|available at amazon]] for a good price $39.95 so thats cool.
This edition is 2 DVD’s, one is the game and the other is over 40 hours of 3D modelling and modification making information to help get started working with the Unreal engine. This is awesome!
There was a DVD “Special Edition” that came with 2 DVD’s, a metal box and a headset. It is currently going for almost $100 if you can even find it. You don’t need that edition (though it rocks no doubt!). The regular old DVD edition will be fine.
