tags plug-in installed

I put in
Jerome’s Keywords as my tagging extension for now. I don’t know if this is
the last word on the subject (I doubt it) but it is cool, and it works right
now. It stores the stuff as a "keyword" meta data field as per the WordPress
convention so it should be easy enough to change in the future if need be.

You will see the new "tags" listing in the sidebar, and as I make the
conversion the categories list will go away and the tags list will grow.
