Joined a gym on Friday, and did the first workout Sunday. Just some cardio, but it will get more and more intense as I go. I will be taking images of my torso each and ever day as we go along, mostly with my desktop webcam.
If you ever want to be horrified about your body, snap a picture with a webcam in low light without trying to hide the flaws. it isn’t pretty.
Anyway, my food and excercise tracker is publically available. Enjoy my pain.
