MyPlugin V1
Snippets from a WordPress plugin I am working on… I spent a little time hacking on this to get used to the structure. It’s pretty sweet and thanks to the "Writing a Plugin" page it isn’t even crazy hard. Here is a step by step breakdown of an actual, functioning (but lame) plugin called "MyPlugin".

I put in Jerome’s Keywords as my tagging extension for now. I don’t know if this is the last word on the subject (I doubt it) but it is cool, and it works right now. It stores the stuff as a "keyword" meta data field as per the WordPress convention so it should be easy…

Theme…
Ok, it looks like I may be able to avoid writing a theme from scratch for now. I really like Rin and have begun to modify it for my purposes. There are some glitches… I made it 800 pixels wide so not everything fits perfectly… but it’s getting there.
