As I have been working out and dressing better, I have also been altering what I eat. I have in the past taken nutrition packs and had good luck with them… so we checked with some folks we trust and settled on this one<\/a>. Below you will find the ingredients list… note that this one is for two<\/b> paks, the dosage when you are training heavily. Currently I am using one pak a day… so my dosage is .5 this.<\/p>\n
