Here are some short items you might care<\/p>\n<p>about. They are also listed over at<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"go check me out!\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hyper-3d.com\">Hyper-3D<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As you might not know\n<p>  <a title=\"sticks in the mud...\" href=\"http:\/\/www.adobe.com\">Adobe<\/a> has been involved in a lawsuit with Macromedia<\/p>\n<p>over certain aspects of the<\/p>\n<p>  <a title=\"way cool..\" href=\"http:\/\/www.macromedia.com\/software\/flash\/\">Flash MX<\/a> user interface. There has been some news in the case and it isn&#8217;t happy for Macromedia. There is an<\/p>\n<p>  <a title=\"Software maker Adobe Systems won its lawsuit Thursday claiming that rival Macromedia infringed on the company's patents. \" href=\"http:\/\/news.com.com\/2100-1040-898061.html\">article about<\/a> it<\/p>\n<p>available as well as <a title=\"metafilter talks...\" href=\"http:\/\/www.metafilter.com\/mefi\/16858\">some<\/p>\n<p>discussion<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>  <a title=\"hum the song with me...\" href=\"http:\/\/www.macromedia.com\/software\/dreamweaver\/\"><\/p>\n<p>  Dreamweaver MX<\/a> is available for<\/p>\n<p>  <a title=\"Get started with the new Macromedia MX family of products by downloading preview releases and trials. \" href=\"http:\/\/www.macromedia.com\/software\/trial_download\/\"><\/p>\n<p>  trial download<\/a>, and you can grab<\/p>\n<p>  <a title=\"not Photoshop, but cool!\" href=\"http:\/\/www.macromedia.com\/software\/fireworks\/\"><\/p>\n<p>  Fireworks MX<\/a> while you are there.
