Thanks to those of you who took the time to drop me a note and<\/p>\n<p>express sympathies&#8230; it meant a lot to me. I got out to the wake and it all<\/p>\n<p>went as well as could be expected. I gave Bill&#8217;s mom a copy of the weblog entry<\/p>\n<p>and I got a nice email back thanking me for writing it. I hope she keeps in<\/p>\n<p>touch.<\/p>\n<p>On a related note, it seems recent events inspired this<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"go to g2!\" href=\"http:\/\/www.girl2.com\/content\/sections\/members\/tatsumi\/journals\/TGdavid.aspx\"><\/p>\n<p>nice journal entry from Tatsumi<\/a> about an experience of hers.
