OK, let me vent her for a moment.<\/p>\n<p>I had thought that my contract with client S had two payments of around<\/p>\n<p>$1,200 left, with another $700 payment from previous work. The rent on the<\/p>\n<p>company work\/living space if $1,450 a month. We haven&#8217;t paid it since October.<\/p>\n<p>So here is how I <b><i>thought<\/i><\/b> it woudl break down:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>One $1,200 check for work I already delivered, with part of the $700 from\n<p>  something I delivered a long time ago. This would allow the landlord to cash<\/p>\n<p>  the November rent check.<\/li>\n<li>I am delivering the rest of the system for client S this week. The idea\n<p>  was that tie remaining $1,200 payment and the rest of the $700 would allow<\/p>\n<p>  them to cash the December check &#8211; and I would just have to look for a way to<\/p>\n<p>  handle January.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is no longer a reality. I just found out that the check in the mail for<\/p>\n<p>$1,250 or so is the payment due, plus half of the $700. That leaves me $200<\/p>\n<p>short on the November rent and I am concerned for what they total of the final<\/p>\n<p>payment will be&#8230; will it be enough with the remainder of the $700 to cover the<\/p>\n<p>December rent?<\/p>\n<p>:: sigh :: Ok.
