I spend a lot of time at Client X&#8217;s site<br \/>\nhelping them solve their network\/email problems. I like the people and the pay<br \/>\nis OK but I could really be happy working from home. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.girl2.com\">Tatsumi<\/a><br \/>\ndropped by while I was working and I have to tell you she really is a treat to<br \/>\nsee when she comes into a room.<\/p>\n<p>I went to the gym before heading out for an evening meeting. I spent about 12<br \/>\nminutes on the treadmill then put some gloves on and went to work out on the<br \/>\nheavy bag. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.girl2.com\">Kimiko<\/a> did<br \/>\nthe timing and I went 16 rounds of 30 seconds &#8216;on&#8217; (punching and blocking) and<br \/>\n30 seconds &#8216;off&#8217; (resting). It was a real eye-opener. I am in better shape than<br \/>\nI feared &#8211; but I need to work on this so I can get a feel for how my body moves<br \/>\nwhen it is tired.<\/p>\n<p>I can pretty much barely move my arms. My abs hurt too \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>So, what did I learn? That I will quickly tire if every punch is thrown full<br \/>\nforce. By the end I was figuring out how to conserve energy with small jabs and<br \/>\nso on.<\/p>\n<p>This is <b><i>crucial<\/i><\/b> information.<\/p>\n<p>Ah well, off to sleep. <\/p>\n<p>note: this blog was delayed.
