Some catch up. I had a great class at the dojo today. My arms were pretty
\ntired (still are) from the workout yesterday but that was OK. When the class
\nstarted I felt fine. My timing on the floor was really good tonight – I felt
\nconfident in my abilities and how my training is coming.<\/p>\n
In further news, it looks like there will be three of us taking the test for
\nblack belt, not two. That will give me more time to rest. Yes!<\/p>\n
In closing, I will present a nice piece I found on the net after it was
\nmentioned on a mailing list I am on. It is supposedly a 1950’s text for girls –
\nI don’t have any idea if that is true. The principles are good ones. I don’t see
